Artist's Statement

The last few years have seen an assault on bodily autonomy and reproductive rights, and the first weeks of the second tr*mp administration have brought fresh horrors as the far right enacts their plan to strip the rights of anyone who is not a white cisgender man.

The success of a fascist regime is predicated on the compliance and collaboration of everyday people-- encouraging us to turn against one another with the promise that cooperation will save us. Never has this been less true.

The response of the millions of us who stand against this onslaught is and must always be: NEVERMORE. We will not go back. We will not stand by and watch. We will not comply. We are LEGION.
